Eat food healthily

Spreads that replace butter are not better for you for example: If you eat so much butter that it makes a difference to your health, then your problem is not the content of butter but how much of it you eat, same with full-fat milk and a host of other things. Portion control will do much more for you than swapping to low-fat alternatives. Superfoods and bunkum too. The exception is diet drinks – we all love fizzy pop and cutting down on sugar is good. Or do what I do; drink the real stuff but just not that much of it. Drink wine instead.
