Directions
Break the cauliflower into florettes and boil them for 3 or 4 minutes then drain and put it into an oven-proof dish in a single layer
Make a bechemal and add about half a block of grated cheddar
Pour it over the cauliflower, greate some more cheese on top and bake it at 180 for about 25 minutes

- 1 batch of bechemal Try it Yourself »
- 8oz (200g) of Cheese. You can use cheddar but blue cheese would be great - whatever you like
- A decent spoonful of mustard (your choice again, I like French)
