Sometimes you just need to make stuff

This is it, no need to mess with it at all, but you can obviously

Directions

Tip the flour onto a clean surface and make a well in the middle

Add the eggs, oil and salt into the well

Gradually combine it into a single lump

Knead it for 10-15 minutes until it is smooth and shiny with no wet or dry bits

Wrap it in cling-film for 30 minutes

That’s it

  • 1lb "00" flour
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1tsp salt
